ARTRAGE 2018 Collection exhibition - ArtRage is a joint annual initiative of the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery and College art teachers of Tasmania. This exhibition showcases works by young artists, in years 11 and 12, who are studying Art Production or Art Studio Practice as part of their Tasmanian Certificate of Education. 1PM -4.30PM, at the Burnie Regional Arts Gallery

Primary Kaleidoscope 2019 'Machine' - An annual collaborative exhibition by primary school-aged students that are invited to explore a new theme each year. In 2019 our theme is 'Machine' with 2D and 3D pieces constructed from recycled materials. The Burnie Regional Arts Gallery is proud to actively support and promote the role that art plays in education.

Laster Tag Night – The Fairy Godmothers in conjunction with In The Zone will hold a fundraising night on Saturday 24th August starting at 6pm until 9pm. Cost is $25 which includes 3 laser tag games, food, drink and fun activities. There will be a lucky wheel, lucky dips, competitions with lots of prizes to be won and much more. North West Wedding Fair – Emu Valley Garden Wedding Fair will be held at the Rhododendron Gardens on Saturday 24th August from 10am – 3pm. Come along and meet a selection of wending vendors all in one place. Cost is $10 per person.
Trivia Night - Put your general knowledge to the test, and come along for a fun night and the chance to win some great prizes. Maximum of 8 per table. BYO drinks and nibbles. $10 per person 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Cooee Memorial Hall.
