A Night with Tom Boyd

The Burnie Dockers Football Club are holding a sportsman / Mental Health awareness night at the Point, West Park on Saturday the 2nd of May, at 7pm for a 7:30pm start.

Tom was the number 1 draft pick to GWS as a 17-year-old.

He then had a deal of a lifetime to return to Melbourne and play with the Western Bulldogs, Winning and starring in the 52-year premiership drought winning the premiership in 2016.

Tom’s retirement from the game a year later, was due to his mental health. Tom sought help and now lives a great life today as a result. He is a husband, father, author and has a dog. He travels Australia spreading his unique story.

This is an event not to miss, with many sports memorabilia items up for auction as well.
