
Spring Steps- Forest Therapy Walk
Join us for a forest therapy walk led by Elspeth Brock, a certified guide and horticulturist, to enhance well-being through mindfulness activities like stretching and deep breathing. This evidence-based practice, known as Shinrin Yoku, helps reduce stress, boost immunity, and improve mood.
Explore the gardens using your senses, science, and poetry during a 2-hour walk, concluding with a tea ceremony. Ticket prices include garden entry, featuring diverse plants, lakes, and wildlife.
