The Circular Head Council iss keen to hear what the community wants to see happen at the Smithton Well-being Indoor Recreation and Leisure complex.
Known by its acronym SWIRL, the multi-million facility opened in 2019, but the council now wants to know how the experience of visiting the centra can be enhanced.
In a post on it’s Facebook page, the council say it wants to know what works well, would could be improved, and any new or expanded uses the facility could host.
The council’s also asking people who don;’t use the centre why not, and what it could change to make it somewhere they would use.
The council will be hosting a workshop session on the centre at the council chambers at Smithton next Wednesday night between 6.30 and 7.30 pm.
For anyone who can’t attend the workshop, there’s an on-line survey available by following links on the council’s Facebook page.
