Food organic garden organic, or FOGO bins have started rolling out ahead of the introduction of kerbside recycling collection services for four North-West Coast municipalities from July 1st
Bins are being delivered to Waratah-Wynyard residents this week, with Devonport, Kentish and Latrobe to follow in coming weeks.
Central Coast has had FOGO since 2019 and has seen a 50 per cent reduction in the amount of waste going to landfill as a result.
