The wait is over for Australian music fans, with Spilt Milk officially unveiling its 2026 line-up, and it’s shaping up to be one of the hottest festival tickets of the summer.
After weeks of rumours and online guessing games, organisers have confirmed that global chart heavyweights Lewis Capaldi and RAYE will headline this year’s event, joined by a huge mix of international stars, rising talents and homegrown favourites.
The festival, widely regarded as Australia’s biggest single-day music event, will return across four cities this December, kicking off in Canberra before heading to the Gold Coast, Geelong and Perth.
For many fans, Capaldi’s inclusion will be reason enough to start planning their summer. The Scottish singer-songwriter has enjoyed a remarkable comeback over the past year, selling out arenas around the world and reminding audiences why tracks such as Someone You Loved became global hits. His return to Australian festival stages is expected to be one of the most talked-about moments of the season.
Joining him at the top of the bill is British superstar RAYE, whose rapid rise has transformed her from behind-the-scenes songwriter to one of the most celebrated artists in contemporary pop. Armed with chart-topping singles and billions of streams, she’s set to bring one of the festival’s most anticipated performances.
But the line-up doesn’t stop there.
Hip-hop fans can look forward to seeing Baby Keem, while electronic music lovers will be treated to a set from Irish dance sensation KETTAMA, whose explosive club tracks have earned a devoted global following. Indie-pop favourite Maisie Peters, genre-bending performer Remi Wolf, and Australian rock favourites DMA’S are also among the biggest names heading Down Under exclusively for the festival.
The rest of the bill reads like a who’s who of emerging talent, featuring acts including Aleksiah, Becca Hatch, Borderline, Fat Papi, Miss Kaninna, Samara Cyn, STÜM, The Terrys and Tobiahs, alongside a host of artists making serious waves both locally and overseas.
Adding to the excitement, Victoria will welcome a new Spilt Milk home in Geelong, with the festival set to take over the Kardinia Park precinct. Canberra, the festival’s original home, will host the opening event before the tour makes stops on the Gold Coast and in Perth.
If last year’s sold-out run is any indication, fans won’t want to leave their ticket purchase to the last minute. Ticket requests are already open through Moshtix, while the official presale begins on 30 July, ahead of the general public sale on 31 July.
With a blockbuster line-up, four huge dates and some of the most in-demand artists in music right now, Spilt Milk 2026 looks set to dominate summer festival conversations long before the first act even takes the stage.
